COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FOR DREAMGROUPS

1. ETHIC OF WELCOME: we'll cultivate an open and curious stance to each other and to emergent parts of ourselves.

2. SPIRIT OF EXPERIMENTATION: we'll value trial, error, exploration, and creativity, and resist rush and productivity culture.

3. CARE FOR SELF: we'll each do what we need to feel safe/comfortable enough (eg. taking breaks, calibrating what we share, etc). We'll remember that caring for ourselves strengthens the group.  

4. CARE FOR EACH OTHER: we'll respect each other and, when attending to our own needs, strive to minimize disruption to others. We acknowledge that harm can happen despite best intentions, particularly across discrepancies of power and privilege. We will show up to repair if someone in our group gets hurt (I will help facilitate this). 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY: we agree to keep what others share within the group.
